thanks david and malke for your help regarding the removal of this pesky
virus. unfortunately your remedies were a bit to technical for a computer
novice like me!! can anyone help me get rid of this virus simply? i have
norton anti virus and when i scan it puts this virus in quarantine but cant
remove it. this is infuriating me some please help.thanks

If the removal instructions that David and I gave you for whatever the
problem was (since you didn't keep to the original thread I have no
idea what that was) were too technical for your skill level, take the
machine to a professional computer repair shop - not your local version
of BigStoreUSA. There is no magic bullet. There is no shame in taking
your machine to a pro; I don't hesitate to take my car to the mechanic.
