class not registered

hello,
used to work with my creative webcam, now when I try to capture video I get
"class not registered" error, I click ok then I get the same error when I
select my webcam. this is movie maker 2.1 that came in SP2, if anyone can
help, please respond. thanks

tried to re-instal SP2, and I still get the same issue, maybe problem lies
with my webcam? anyone? no replies besides this so called 'know it all' which
is virtually useless !?! if I wanted advice from a monkey I'd ask one. thanks

delete all moviemaker files and re-install moviemaker

Copy paste this line to Start -> Run dialog and press OK:

regsvr32 qdv.dll

Should result in "DLL register server succeeded" message. press OK.

Try capturing again afterwards.

OK ,listen,I know most of you guys out there,live and breath
this on line,and computer crap.But the thing is some of us just wanna play
some tunes,simple!!period!!please even!!
I,m getting a "class not registered" error box,when i try to play music
on media player,in plan english,can u help.
