I want to transfer info from my laptop to my desktop so that I can print it out
I cannot get the information downloaded ,it comes up blank

While the cruzer drive is plugged into the desktop, do you see the default
programs that came with it ?
I think I'd just format it on the desktop. Then try again. But of course,
you will loose all the default programs unless you save them to disk first.
