I have recycle bin set to not store deleted files. I was wondering if
there was a way or some software that would scan for deleted files and
recover as many as possible, and really do some digging for files
deleted.

Enter "Restore download" without the quotes, on Google. "Restore" can find
deleted files if they aren't overwritten already, and if you read the
help/usage file that comes with it.

Hi,

If you need to restore erased info you can use Active@ undelete tool.
It worked for me perfectly and was always able to restore lost files.
