Stop C000021a after installing Nero burning rom |

Hi there,
I just installed nero which worked fine. It asked me to reboot the system,
after the reebot I got the stop c000021a error. I have automatic logon and
the image (without nero) works fine.
stop c000021a
The windows logon process system process terminated unexpectedly with a
status of 0xc0000139 (0x000 0x000)
The system has been shut down.
Unfortunately I do not have the save mode support in my image.
Any help is greatly appreciated,
