Need help on passwords!!!

Just to make clear this is my girlfriends problem not mine. Basically they
have two user accounts on windows xp. She has forgotten the password for the
main admin user account, but still remembers the password for the other
account. However the problem is that is a limited account. What i need to
know is are there anyways of getting out of this problem without completely
reinstalling the system and all the software?
