Fingerprint Reader |

Occasionally when I press the fingerprint reader, the OneTouch menu will not
show up even though it's authenticating properly. Has anyone else had this
problem or know of a solution? I'm drawing a blank and I find that menu
incredibly useful. |

That's not the problem. It's recognizing me fine. The menu just doesn't
show up. Although I did have to use scotch tape after a while to clean it.

Good idea. I have a fingerprint reader built in to my portable PC. While it
still works well (unit is a year old), I've wondered how I would clean it
when the need finally arises. Thanks for the idea, David!
