ERROR Message in ms dis 10

I keep getting Error messages only in MS Digital Image Suite 10
low memory close other programs and the program hangs.
In the event viewer little info except Event 1000 and 1001 and 1002
The only information in the Event Properties is
Event ID: ( 1001 ) n Source (Microsoft Digital Image Pro 10) cannot be
found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or
message DLL file to display message from a remote computer. You may be able
to use the forward/aaaAUXSOURCE=flag to retreive this description; see Help
and support for details. The following information is part of the event:
239985475.
This the only computer I have. As you can probably tell I have no idea what
I'm doing. I need help in simple language. I'll try to respond with a short

Based on the info you provide...I have no
idea what your problem is.

Maybe the following articles will offer some
ideas:

(894723) Digital Image stops responding
when you try to start the program

(894512) You experience problems when you
try to save a picture in the Digital Image Library
or in Picture It! Photo Premium 9

(if this is the issue...open Norton and manually
run Live Update...there will be a download that
updates the program to version 4.02)

(873297) Picture It! or Digital Image Pro may
quit unexpectedly while you are using the program

(873296) You receive an "Unable to create
dialog" error message when you open or
change images in Picture It! Digital Image Pro
