Can this be done? I have Sky + and would like to copy programmes from it to
DVD's. I think I need a TV capture card? I would also like to be able to
watch TV on my PC. Can anyone recommend hardware that could do this?

Thanks

John

I use a Winfast PVR2000 connected by a Scart lead with phono adaptor from

the VCR Scart socket on the Sky box and plugged into the phono sockets
(Sound and Video) of the PVR2000.

Cheers guys, been looking into it today and thanks for the help but think
i'm gonna go for a dvd recorder, Mustek R400A, and if any editing is needed
ie get rid of the ads then will use my PC to edit and put back to dvd. Does
this sound plausible?

Thanks

Yes. You can use MovieMaker to do the editing. It's part of XP.
