Network Printing Issue |
|
|
Hey all, I've reciently come across a problem w/ a network printer.
I've had to reload Windows XP on one of the computers and now the
network printer will not work on it.
I added the network printer thru printers/faxes like always, it found
it, installed it and it's showing up fine. However, the problem is
that when you choose to print something to it, it just sits there in
the print queue and will not print at all. It will allow you to delete
the print request from queue and I've tried pausing/restarting it to no
avail. The printer in question is an Epson Photo 785 EPX. Any help w/
this troubling issue would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,

Are there any system event logs on either machine when you attempt to print?

Not to my knowledge there aren't. I don't have access to either system
at the moment so I couldn't say for sure. |
