Speedstream 3060 modem

I have uninstalled the speed stream 3060 modem, removed it from the case
and uninstalled the driver software.
I am left with RFC1483 virtual mini port in the device manager.
When I try to remove it it says it can not windows may need it to
boot.
How do I remove it.
