Messenger behind NAT |

Hi,
i have my PC running behind a non-UPNP-capable NAT-router. Now I have
Problems with Video-Chat: I can see other people, but I can't hear
them! And other people hear me, but can't see me ... very strange.
The Knowledge-Base says, behind a non-UPNP-router NO Video chat is
possible ... but it works for some reason.
Any suggestions?

can any body tell me how can i get window messenger as am blocked by admin
and cant run any program and msn messenger diabled by admin? windows
messenger sometimes poped up but rarley and i culdnt do it my self .
