Check all of the following steps:
1. Check all connections to your speakers and the PC.
2. Check the volume button on the speakers, if any.
3. Click volume icon on Taskbar that it is not set to Mute and up half way.
4. Richclick volume icon on Taskbar and click Open Volume Control to
see if any are Muted and slid up at least half way.
If none of these work, repost for more items to check.
