Hello marco
Of course, you can purchase a COA for
XP Embedded (SP1). On these license stickers,
you will find the PID. Sp1 and SP2 are the same stickers.
Attention, there is a QFE out for SP1 supporting a new rang of
PID codes.
If you have a Evaluation version of the tools, you can download
the updated version for free on this site:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/embedded/downloads/xp/default.aspx
If you have purchased the full version, you will find the
free full version update on the secure OEM Embedded website:
https://microsoft.embeddedoem.com
