Hey. I'm new the group. I have to type fast. Kids are on the way home.
I've been reading old questions and answers but haven't found the one to help
me out. I burned my first DVD. Yeh. But I can't play it on my DVD player.
Ney. I saved my windows movie maker file to my computer as a DV-AVI file. I
opened my new MyDVD software and created the DVD. Why won't it play on my
DVD player?

assuming it plays OK on your computer, try it on some other DVD players...
it might be an older DVD player that can't read computer-made discs, or it
could be a disc incapability...

You're probably right. After doing more research I found a website -
videohelp.com - where you can put in your TV's DVD model # and it will tell
you which DVD formats it supports based soley on the users findings. Based
on this info I am going to try DVD-R. Thanks for responding.
