When I call my brother or he calls me, it says his pc is not
compatible for audio, or something like that.
It had been working fine and he made no changes that he knew about. We
checked all we knew to check
and seemed to be set up right. QOS is off, Norton is set to allow
Messenger.
Tuning wizard checks OK.

Msn messenger- 7.5

Thanks

Greetings Oliver,

Could you get the exact error? Also, assuming he's using Windows XP, he could simply try a
System Restore to restore back to before he had the problem. To do so, click Start, then
Help & Support, then "Undo changes to my computer using System Restore".
