Also the administrator disabled my msn and yahoo messengers but window
messenger sometimes shows up and i can sign it . how can i open this window
messenger any time even msn and yahoo messengers are disabled?

Greetings Amor,

Assuming it's not blocked, you should be able to start Messenger whenever you wish by
clicking Start, then Run, typing "msmsgs" and clicking OK.
