ASP.NET user account missing

I've been told that the ASP.NET user account is missing on my image.

Recently, we switched from using the .NET 1.1 redistributable to the .NET
1.1 XPe component. Am I missing some other components that are in the
redistributable? There is a component ASP.NET 1.1. Do I need it to get the
equivalent of the .NET 1.1 redistributable? Others?
